This book keeps getting better and better. Plenty of laughs, great art and a surprisingly strong plot with some fun twists.

2. Batman #58 (DC) ★★★★
Writer: Tom King / Art: Mikel Janin / Colors: Jordie Bellaire
Tom King continues to impress. Compelling story set-up and beautiful, subdued artwork by Mikel Janin. Instantly hooked me.

3. Sandman Universe: The Dreaming #3 (DC Vertigo) ★★★★
Writer: Simon Spurrier / Art: Bilquis Evely / Colors: Matt Lopes
A deepening mystery & new villains. Can’t wait to see where this goes.

4. Shatterstar #2 (Marvel) ★★★★
Writer: Tim Seeley / Art: Carlos Villa & Gerardo Sandoval with Juan Vlasco / Colors: Carlos Lopez
Interesting follow-up issue. Lots of back story, plus some romance tossed in as well. I’m in.
